Hollandaise Sauce
This quick and simple hollandaise sauce recipe is perfect for serving with poached eggs benedict, grilled salmon, or vegetables.

Place egg yolks into a small saucepan; whisk until lemon yellow and slightly thick about 1 minute.

Whisk in lemon juice until combined.

Add 2 tablespoons cold butter to egg mixture then place the pan over very low heat.

Whisk constantly while butter melts; continue whisking until mixture is thick enough to see the bottom of the pan between strokes.

Remove the pan from heat.

Whisk in remaining cold butter 1 tablespoon at a time until incorporated.

Whisk in melted butter a little bit at a time.

Season with salt and white pepper.

This kind of came together after a holiday dinner that left lots of ingredients left over. You can also use leftover chicken, beef or turkey for the meat.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Add egg noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until done; drain.

Layer noodles mixed peas and carrots onions and ham in prepared baking dish.

Mix together soup and milk then pour mixture over casserole.

Season with salt and pepper then press with the back of a fork to help soup mixture seep through casserole layers.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes or until bubbly and hot.

Cream cheese mixture and 2 cups of whipped cream are combined.

Keep the leftover whipped cream for later.

Make 18 slices of pound cake that are 1/2 inch thick.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the salt, baking soda, and flour until thoroughly combined.

Large bowl with butter and brown sugar in it.

Use an electric mixer to beat until fluffy and light, about 3 minutes.

Beat for an additional minute after adding the egg whites and vanilla extract.

Add the flour mixture to the bowl gradually and stir until combined.

Pecans and toffee bits should be thoroughly mixed in before adding.

Place the bowl in the fridge and let it chill there for at least a half-hour.

Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).

Dispose of 2 large baking sheets that have been lined with parchment paper

Place the meat in a sizable slow cooker.
