This rhubarb strawberry jam recipe is our favorite and so easy to make.

In a large saucepan or stockpot stir together the fresh rhubarb and sugar.

Cover and let stand overnight.

Bring the rhubarb and sugar to a boil over medium heat.

Boil stirring constantly for 12 minutes on low heat.

Remove from heat and stir in dry gelatin mix.

Transfer to sterile jars and refrigerate.

These roasted chicken thighs benefit greatly from the addition of Sriracha to the marinade, which is also made up of mirin, soy sauce, butter, and lime juice.

Place chicken thighs in a sizable plastic bag that can be sealed.

Fill the bag with the chile sauce mixture.

Excess air should be squeezed out of the bag before sealing; marinate for up to a day.

Set oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees C).

Spray some cooking oil on a baking sheet.

Remove chicken thighs from marinade, shake off extra moisture, and arrange on baking sheet that has been prepared.

Bring marinade to a boil in a small saucepan after pouring it in.

For 10 minutes, simmer marinade on medium-low heat.

Remove chicken from the saucepan and shred.

Combine shredded chicken 1 cup mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a large bowl.

Dissolve hot water and bouillon in a liquid measure; pour over chicken mixture and stir until well combined.

This chicken sandwich is not your typical one! The chicken breasts are cooked with onion, peppers, and cabbage before being loaded into hoagie rolls and topped with Swiss cheese. The chicken breasts are marinated in ponzu sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, and herbs.

Set oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees C).

Blend ponzu sauce.

In a big bowl, combine 1 cup cilantro, pineapple juice, mint leaves, fresh ginger, sesame oil, chili oil, and brown sugar.

Chicken should be added and coated.

Retain the marinade and remove the chicken from the ponzu sauce mixture.

Dutch oven or large pot heated to medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until browned.

Olive oil, onion, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, salt, and black pepper should be stirred in.

About 5 minutes should pass between stirring and cooking until the onion is soft and translucent.

Bring to a boil the chicken mixture after adding the reserved marinade.

Add cabbage and stir; cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until slightly wilted.
