Place butter and sausage in a large stockpot over medium heat; cook and stir until sausage begins to brown 5 to 6 minutes.

Stir in paprika cumin and cayenne; cook for 1 minute.

Stir tomatoes celery green pepper green onions salt and bay leaf into the sausage mixture.

Add brown rice and stir to combine.

Stir in chicken stock bring it to a simmer then turn heat to low.

Cover and cook until rice is just tender about 45 minutes.

Combine brown sugar Worcestershire sauce soy sauce lemon juice garlic pepper and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl.

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 2 minutes.

Place pork chops in a 6-inch silicone cake pan and pour 1/2 of the brown sugar-soy sauce on top.

Transfer the silicone pan to the air fryer basket.

Cook in the preheated air fryer for 9 minutes.

Turn pork chops and cook for another 9 minutes.

Pour remaining sauce on top of pork chops and serve immediately.

Dip stuffed jalapeños in milk then in flour making sure they are well-coated.

Transfer coated jalapeños to a plate; let dry for 10 minutes.

Dip jalapeños in milk once more then roll through the bread crumbs.

Let dry on the plate for 10 minutes then repeat dipping in milk and rolling in bread crumbs once more; make sure they are completely coated.

Let dry.

Heat oil to 365 degrees F (180 degrees C) in a medium skillet.

Salmon fillets wrapped in individual foil packets are grilled in an Asian-inspired blend of teriyaki sauce, honey, fresh ginger, and sesame oil for a gourmet summer meal.

Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 450 degrees F.

Mix teriyaki sauce honey rice vinegar minced ginger sesame oil and red pepper flakes in a small bowl; set aside.

Place a sheet of Reynolds Wrap Non-Stick Aluminum Foil on counter with non-stick (dull) side facing up.

Place a salmon fillet and 1/4 of the vegetables in center of foil.

Spoon 1 tablespoon teriyaki mixture over fillet.

Bring up sides of foil; fold down two times.

Double fold both ends of foil to seal packet leaving room for heat circulation inside.

Repeat to make four packets.

Reserve remaining teriyaki mixture to serve with salmon.

Place packets on baking pan with 1-inch sides to transport to grill or bake in oven.

Slide packets onto grill.
