In a medium bowl combine the cucumber sour cream yogurt parsley cilantro cumin and salt.

Mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Whisk pumpkin puree 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup maple syrup buttermilk and egg together in a separate bowl until smooth.

Stir pumpkin mixture into flour mixture until batter is just combined.

Refrigerate batter for flavors to blend 20 to 40 minutes.

Scoop about 1/4 cup batter into each doughnut well.

Almonds, onion, dill weed, cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise.

The crescent roll dough should be unrolled and spread out on a medium baking sheet.

Perforations should be pinched together to create a single dough sheet.

Cut 1-inch-wide strips starting on the long sides and moving toward the center with a knife or pair of scissors.

The cut strips should form a fringe down each side of a solid strip that is about 3 inches wide in the center.

Along the center strip, spread the chicken mixture.

Alternating strips from each side, fold the side strips over the chicken mixture.

To seal, pinch or twist.
