Quick and Easy Lemon Pineapple Dessert
This quick and easy lemon pineapple dessert only requires a few simple ingredients and it’s assembled in 5 minutes.
Combine vanilla yogurt lemon yogurt pineapple and pudding mix in a bowl; stir until well combined.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon mixture into 4 dessert dishes and chill for about 30 minutes.
Garnish each dessert with a blueberry toasted coconut or an additional dollop of the whipped topping if desired.

Dandelion Dressing
The new dandelions are sweet and crisp when this is made in the early spring, typically around Easter. It comes from my Pennsylvania Dutch grandma Callie Brosius, who was also a fantastic cook. At Easter, this is typically served with boiled potatoes and ham.
In a sizable skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp.
Take out and drain on paper towels after.
3 tablespoons or so of the drippings in the skillet should be set aside.
Whisk the eggs, sugar, salt, mayonnaise, and cider vinegar in a medium bowl.
Place aside.
Over medium heat, preheat the bacon grease in the skillet.
Add the flour and stir until smooth.
Cook for about 10 minutes with constant stirring until the flour is browned.

Spinach Watermelon-Mint Salad
Everyone will enjoy this wonderful summer salad with its flavorful dressing and fresh mint flavor.
In a small bowl whisk together the apple cider vinegar Worcestershire sauce vegetable oil sesame seeds poppy seeds and sugar.
Set aside.
In a large serving bowl combine the spinach watermelon onion pecans and mint.
Toss with the dressing just before serving.

Princess Cookies
Fit for a prince or princess are these delicate little lemon cookies.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Salt, baking soda, and flour should be thoroughly combined in a bowl.
In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter and sugar until creamy, about 5 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating each one in before adding the next.
Lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract should be beaten in.
Add the flour mixture slowly, just until combined.
The dough needs about 30 minutes of cooling.
Place the dough balls on baking sheets about 2 inches apart after scooping up about 1 1/2 teaspoons of dough for each cookie.

Sweet Korean Crispy Chicken
Try this recipe for sticky-sweet, gingery, soy sauce- and gochujang-flavored chicken that has been deep-fried and flavored with garlic.
Make the chicken: Place chicken into a bowl.
Add vinegar garlic ginger salt and pepper; toss until well combined and chicken is coated.
Let sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
Meanwhile make the sauce: Combine honey vinegar brown sugar gochujang soy sauce garlic ginger and black pepper in a pot over medium heat.
Stir well and bring to a low boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from the heat.
Fill a deep fryer with 1 inch oil and heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
While the oil is heating place cornstarch into a bowl.
Add chicken and toss until evenly coated.

Rhubarb Upside Down Cake
All you need for this delicious rhubarb upside-down cake recipe is cake mix, chopped rhubarb, sugar, and marshmallows.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Make a 9×13-inch pan greased.
Rhubarb that has been chopped should be put on the pan’s bottom.
Over the rhubarb, evenly distribute the sugar; top with the marshmallows.
Cake mix should be prepared as directed on the package.
Pour over the marshmallows and rhubarb in the pan.
Bake for one hour in the preheated oven.
After 10 minutes of cooling in the pan, invert the dish so that the rhubarb is on top.

American Frittata
This frittata, which is made with potatoes, onions, ham, and eggs, is sure to satisfy everyone.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm about 5 minutes.
Drain and set aside to cool.
Meanwhile preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a cast iron skillet heat oil over medium heat.
Add onions and cook slowly stirring occasionally until onions are soft.
Stir in eggs drained potatoes ham salt and pepper.
Cook until eggs are firm on the bottom about 5 minutes.
Top frittata with shredded cheese and place in preheated oven until cheese is melted and eggs are completely firm about 10 minutes.

World’s Best (Now Vegetarian!) Lasagna
We guarantee that meat eaters won’t miss the meat in this vegetarian version of our most famous lasagna recipe.
In a Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium heat.
Stirring frequently, add the onion and garlic, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until soft.

Egg ricotta, the remaining 2 tablespoons of parsley, and 1/2 teaspoon salt are combined in a bowl in the meantime.

Jamaican Cornmeal Porridge
The Holness family shares this Jamaican recipe for cornmeal porridge made with coconut milk and flavored with vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
Combine water cornmeal whole milk coconut milk white sugar vanilla extract salt nutmeg and cinnamon in a blender; blend until smooth.
Bring mixture to a boil in a saucepan; whisk occasionally until beginning to thicken about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat when slow bubbles form.
Stir frequently until as thick as you like about 5 minutes.
Add raisins.
Remove from heat cover and let cool before serving about 5 minutes.
