Baked Potato Wedges
Homemade oven-baked potato wedges are easily within reach if you have olive oil and a basic mix of spices on hand.
Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
Use aluminum foil to cover a baking sheet.

Towel dry after rinsing.
Fill a big bowl with olive oil.
Add the wedges and stir in the oil until coated.
In a different bowl or a big zip-top bag, combine the seasoned salt, black pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.
Add the potato wedges and stir until coated evenly.
On the prepared baking sheet, distribute the wedges.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and beginning to crisp.
