Put a pretty rainbow swirl on these vanilla cheesecake cookie bars, and after a few hours they’ll be ready to wow your guests!

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Press crushed cookies into the bottom of the prepared pan to make the crust.

Beat cream cheese and sugar together in a bowl using an electric mixer until creamy.

Add eggs sour cream flour and vanilla extract; beat until combined.

Spoon 1/2 the batter into the prepared crust.

Divide remaining batter evenly into 6 bowls.

Add red orange yellow green blue and violet food colorings separately to individual bowls until desired colors are achieved.

Spoon colored batters onto the plain batter in a random pattern and swirl gently with a knife.

This recipe is a great alternative to the fried corn dogs, and they taste just as good. Serve with the Fiesta Dipping Sauce recipe provided, or use your favorite corn dog condiments.

Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).

Apply nonstick cooking spray to two muffin pans with a capacity of 12 cups, or line with paper liners.

Stir the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder in a large bowl.

Pour the milk, egg, and oil into the center well that has been created.

After thoroughly blending, add the cheese while stirring slowly.

Each muffin cup should have a small spoonful of batter in the bottom.

Put a hot dog slice on top of this batter.

Add more batter to the cups, enough to cover the hot dog pieces.

Make this sophisticated red wine sauce to go with your fine steak or elegant beef roast if you’re having a special dinner.

Yellow and red onions, shallots, garlic, tomatoes, carrots, and mushrooms are cooked and stirred in butter over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the onions are translucent.

Bring to a boil the beef broth and 1 cup of Merlot while scraping up any browned flavorful bits from the pan’s bottom and dissolving them.

Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are very soft and the pan juices have almost completely evaporated.

Cut into this white cake for a surprise layer of gooey blueberries on the bottom. Served with whipped topping, it’s sure to please a crowd.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Combine cake mix water eggs and vegetable oil in a large bowl; mix until moistened.

Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until batter is smooth about 2 minutes.

Spread blueberries in the bottom of the baking pan.

Layer sugar gelatin and marshmallows on top.

Pour cake batter evenly over marshmallows and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean 50 to 55 minutes.

Transfer baking pan to a wire rack and let cool about 30 minutes.

Spread whipped topping over the cooled cake and serve.

Butter cookies with peppermint pizzazz make the perfect holiday treat. Use crushed candy canes and peppermint extract to flavor the tasty round morsels.

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Bakeware should be lightly greased or lined with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar, butter, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and egg.

Beat ingredients at medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes, or until well combined and creamy.

Turn down the speed to Low and gradually add the salt and flour, blending for 1 to 2 minutes.

Use a wooden spoon to stir in 1/2 cup of crushed peppermint candy.

White sugar should be put in a small bowl.

Make 3/4-inch-diameter balls out of a small amount of cookie dough by rubbing it between your hands.

Sugar the roll.

Place on prepared baking sheets 1 inch apart.

Roasted eggplant in a French roll with feta cheese, basil and garlic mayonnaise. This was my favorite sandwich of all time, adapted from a cafe at the University of California, Irvine.

Activate the broiler in your oven.

Slices of eggplant are placed on a baking sheet or broiling pan after being brushed with olive oil.

Placing the pan 6 inches or so from the heat source is ideal.

Cook until toasty and tender after 10 minutes under the broiler.

Toast the French rolls after cutting them lengthwise.

Mayonnaise and garlic should be mixed together in a cup or small bowl.

On the toast, spread this mixture.

Fill the rolls with tomato, feta cheese, basil leaves, and slices of eggplant.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the filling is set, in a preheated oven.

Let it cool.

Four hours minimum in the refrigerator before using

Close and lock the lid.

Select high pressure according to manufacturer’s instructions; set timer for 12 minutes.

Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.

Release pressure carefully using the slow-release method according to manufacturer’s instructions about 10 minutes.

Release remaining pressure using the quick-release method about 5 minutes.

Unlock and remove the lid.

Select Saute function; cook until chutney has thickened about 10 minutes.

Let cool completely before storing in sterilized jars.

Simply by including pumpkin and some autumnal spices in this basic pancake recipe, you can create a delicious holiday breakfast!

Combine flour brown sugar white sugar baking powder baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl and whisk together for two minutes to aerate.

In a separate bowl combine pumpkin puree cinnamon ginger allspice egg milk 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil lemon juice and lemon zest.

Mix in the flour mixture and stir just until moistened.

(Do not overmix.) Coat skillet with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil over medium heat.
