Even though canned tomatoes are used, a creamy tomato soup with flavorful leeks, rosemary, and basil still tastes incredibly fresh.

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir leek rosemary and garlic until leek is tender and translucent about 15 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes and cayenne pepper; bring to a simmer.

Add minced basil; continue simmering until soup is reduced by half about 1 hour.

Remove half of the soup and puree in a blender until smooth.

Return pureed soup to the saucepan.

Stir in cream to desired consistency.

Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.

Pour water in the bottom of a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as an Instant Pot).

Place a trivet in the bottom of the pot and add chicken wings.

Close and lock the lid.

Select high pressure according to manufacturer’s instructions; set timer for 6 minutes.

Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.

Meanwhile preheat the oven to 525 degrees F (270 degrees C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer’s instructions about 5 minutes.

Unlock and remove the lid.

Transfer wings to a large bowl.

Use your judgment on what shape you want to cut your tuna because not all tuna is the same size or shape.

However the shape should somewhat resemble a miniature brick.

Season tuna pieces with salt and pepper.

Coat lightly on all sides with bread crumbs.

Heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet over high heat.

The pan should be as hot as you can get it.

Place tuna in the pan and sear on each side for about 45 seconds for small portions or 1 minute for large.

Remove from the pan.

Tuna will be very rare.

Cook for about 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
