Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs
Make these light-textured turkey meatballs in your air fryer. These taste great on hoagie rolls for a meatball sandwich or with spaghetti and sauce.
In a sizable bowl, mix together the panko, Parmesan cheese, pesto, egg milk, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
To avoid making the mixture too tough, add the ground turkey and gently fold it in.
For five minutes, preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Make 1-1/2 inch meatballs out of the ground turkey mixture, and then place them in the air fryer basket.
