Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Muffins
These light and spongy gluten-free chocolate chip muffins are made with almond flour instead of regular flour.
Set the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees C).
3 cups of almond flour should be sifted into a bowl along with baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
Using an electric mixer, blend the eggs, sugar, melted butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract in a bowl until they are smooth and creamy.
Mix until thoroughly combined after adding the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, but take care not to overmix.
