Al’s Sufferin’ Succotash
Frozen lima beans, corn, and green chile peppers cook up quickly for an easy and tasty side dish.

Bring the water to a boil in a big pot.

Add salt and sugar to the lima beans.

Cook for 15 minutes at medium-low heat.

Add the corn and green chilies, cover the pan, and cook for an additional 5 minutes or so, or until the beans are tender.

Drain, then serve right away.

Adding butter on top, if desired
