Artichoke Spinach Lasagna
An artichoke and spinach mixture, along with onions, garlic, and vegetable broth, are used to make this delicious lasagna. Lasagne noodles, pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled feta cheese are layered on top of the mixture.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Cooking spray should be used to coat a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Large pot of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil.
Noodles should be added and cooked for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente.
Heat a sizable skillet on medium-high with cooking spray.
Until the onion is tender-crisp, saute the garlic and onion for three minutes.
Bring to a boil while stirring in the broth and thyme.
Add spinach and artichoke hearts; turn down the heat; cover; and simmer for five minutes.
add the pasta sauce.
