Bacon, Egg, and Avocado Burgers
These generously sized, fried egg-topped burgers are topped with melted Cheddar cheese, crispy, thick-cut bacon, and creamy avocado slices, and they are bursting with flavor and texture.
Set an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and give the grates a quick oiling.
Butter the hamburger buns on each side.
In a large, heavy skillet, add the bacon.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes, or until crisp.
On paper towels, dry off the bacon slices.
Reserving the grease, put the skillet aside.
Don’t overmix when combining Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning with ground beef.
Into 4 patties, form.
Each patty should have a thumbprint in the center to prevent it from shrinking while cooking.
