Banana Cream Cheesecake
I created this rich, creamy dessert for a friend who couldn’t decide between cheesecake and banana cream pie for her birthday. Although it takes a little more time to prepare, the vanilla cream topping makes the dessert.

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Grease a 9-inch springform pan’s sides.

Mix the crushed vanilla wafer cookies, chopped walnuts, and melted butter in a medium bowl.

Put some pressure on the prepared pan’s bottom.

Stir cream cheese to soften it in a big bowl.

Smoothly incorporate 1 1/8 cups of sugar and flour into the cream cheese.

One at a time, beat in the eggs, mixing thoroughly after each addition.

Add mashed banana, banana liqueur, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla after mixing in the sour cream.

Pour on top of the springform pan’s crust.
