Banana Oat Bread Pudding
For a sweet, healthy dessert, combine whole wheat bread, oats, milk, bananas, raisins, and brown sugar in the oven.
Break the bread into small pieces in a big bowl.
Stir in the milk and oats.
Set aside for 30 minutes.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan very lightly.
Add butter, bananas, brown sugar, and raisins to the milk mixture (if desired).
Pour into the prepared pan after a quick stir to combine.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until pudding has set, at 350°F (175°C).
Prior to serving, cool.
