Banana, honey, and ginger taste delicious together in these delicate, fluffy baked souffles, which are prepared in individual serving dishes.

Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).

4 1-cup souffle dishes should be butter-brushed and sugar-filled on the inside.

Place the 4 egg whites in the mixing bowl of an electric mixer, and set the egg yolks aside.

The egg whites should form soft peaks after being beaten with salt.

Blend the two egg yolks, bananas, honey, vanilla extract, and ginger until smooth.
