Start your day off deliciously with these quick and easy breakfast tacos that transform scrambled eggs and stuff them in warm corn tortillas.
In a skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
In a hot skillet, cook and stir the onion and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes, or until they are soft.
Add eggs, cumin, and 1/4 cup salsa; scramble for 3 to 4 minutes, or until set.
Add Cheddar cheese and stir.
Fill tortillas with eggs evenly, fold, and top with the final 1/4 cup salsa.
