Broiled Paprika and Lemon-Pepper Chicken Breasts
These succulently spiced chicken breasts are broiled, and they go well with many vegetable side dishes.
Set the oven’s broiler to high and place a rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
Add 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil to a broiler pan to grease it.
Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts.
Remaining olive oil should be brushed on until coated.
Paprika, lemon pepper, and salt should be evenly distributed over both sides of each piece.
Place the chicken on the broiler pan that has been prepared.
Sprinkle garlic over the top, onions around the chicken’s base, and a few smaller pieces of onion on top.
Cook for 5 minutes under the preheated broiler.
After flipping, cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, checking frequently to ensure the centre is no longer pink and the juices are clear.
In the centre, an instant-read thermometer should register at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees C)
