CCRyder’s Cider-Smoked Ribs
Baby back ribs are marinated in a homemade dry rub overnight then smoked slowly over apple cider in this saucy, spicy barbeque recipe.

Apply rub evenly to the ribs.
Wrapped in plastic, leave the food in the refrigerator to marinate for 8 to 24 hours.
As directed by the manufacturer, heat the smoker to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Place the ribs meat-side up on the grill.
1 1/2 hours of smoking will result in browning.
Take out of the smoker.
In a roasting pan made of aluminium, pour apple cider.
If necessary, arrange the ribs in the pan standing on end.
Use aluminium foil to protect.
Going back to the smoker Spend another two hours smoking the ribs until they are tender.
