Cheesy-Crust Skillet Pizza
Skillet pizza with a 1-ingredient crust made out of cheese is topped with more cheese, tomatoes, and basil creating a gluten-free, grain-free pizza!
A 10-inch nonstick skillet should be heated to medium-high.
In a hot skillet, evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese; cook for two to three minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Place fresh mozzarella slices, basil leaves, and tomato slices on top of the melted cheese, leaving space for a crust to form; cook for two to three minutes, or until the top is bubbling and the edges are browned.
