Light and fluffy cinnamon pancakes are quick and easy to make and sure to become a weekend favorite for your family. Made with basic pantry ingredients.
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda.
In a different bowl, whisk the milk, melted butter, and eggs together.
Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and whisk to combine.
On a griddle, heat the oil over medium heat.
Scoop 1/4-cup portions of batter onto the hot griddle.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until bubbles appear and the edges are dry.
2 to 3 minutes after flipping, cook the other side until browned.
In the meantime, cook the remaining pancakes, then remove to a plate and keep warm.
