Cracker Pork Chops
Some day I want to own a truck stop and cook this for some truck drivers that are looking for a little home cookin’. This is my recipe for juicy pork chops, you can deep fry or pan fry them, and they are delicious! It may sound strange but trust me they are GOOD!
Whisk the milk and eggs in a medium bowl until well combined.
After dipping the pork chops in water, coat them with cracker crumbs.
Back into the cracker crumbs after dipping into the egg mixture.
Make sure the coating is thick on the chops.
In a big skillet over medium-high heat, warm the oil.
Cook the chops until both sides are golden brown.
Just enough water should be added to the skillet to almost cover the pork chops.
In the water, dissolve the chicken bouillon cube.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover the pan, and simmer the pork chops for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they have absorbed most of the water.
