Creamy Gnocchi and Sausage Skillet
Gnocchi, Italian sausage, portobello mushrooms, and spinach come together in a rich and creamy sauce in this easy, one-skillet meal.

Over medium-high heat, warm up the olive oil in a big skillet.

5 minutes after adding the sausage.

Add the mushrooms and onion, and cook for 4 minutes, or until soft.

Add the garlic and cook for about a minute, or until fragrant.

Add wine and Dijon mustard and stir.

Stir in half-and-half and gnocchi before simmering.

For 5 minutes, cook with a medium heat setting and a cover.

Spinach and Parmesan cheese are then added after removing the lid.

Cook for about a minute, or until cheese has melted and sauce has thickened.

Place mixture on 4 serving plates, then sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes.
