Creamy Shrimp Enchiladas
Easy and full of fresh, Mexican-inspired ingredients, these shrimp enchiladas will easily become a new go-to dinner dish.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
A 9×13-inch pan should be sprayed with cooking oil.
On medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a big skillet.
Bell pepper and onion should be sautéed for about five minutes, or until soft.
Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
Place the mixture in a bowl.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until it begins to turn pink.
Add cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, and salt to the vegetable mixture after that stir.
