Crispy Whitefish Marinated
A flavorful recipe that is delightfully crispy. incredibly simple to make!
Combine the stir-fry sauce and teriyaki sauce in a bowl.
Whitefish fillets should marinate in the mixture for about 15 minutes.
To 365 degrees F, heat the oil in a deep fryer or large skillet (185 degrees C).
Mix the dry potato flakes, flour, salt, pepper, ancho chile seasoning, and garlic powder in a shallow bowl.
Each fish fillet should be evenly coated after being added to the mixture.
One or two fish fillets at a time, fry in the hot oil until golden brown and easily flaked with a fork, about five minutes.
