Curried Chicken with Rice
In this chicken and red bell pepper curry with lime accents, chutney offers a delectable shortcut.
Pat chicken dry after rinsing.
Heat the oil in a big skillet until it’s almost hot.
Publish the chicken skin-side down.
Cook the chicken until just golden on both sides.
Add red bell pepper and curry powder chutney.
30 minutes of simmering at a low heat.
Lime wedges, chopped scallions, and peanuts go on top of the chicken.
Serve right away.
