Double Chocolate Banana Monkey Bread
Flaky layers of spiced, caramelized, double chocolate goodness make up this sweet, gooey treat known as double chocolate banana monkey bread.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Cooking spray should be used on a 9-inch cake pan.
In a sizable sealable plastic bag, combine cinnamon, brown sugar, and the other half of the pudding mix.
Seal the container and shake vigorously until all lumps are gone.
Place 1/2 cup of melted butter and the remaining half of the pudding mix in a small bowl.
Stir everything together.
Before shaking in the sugar mixture, dip each biscuit piece in the butter mixture.
Place a layer of half the pieces in the bottom of the pan that has been prepared.
Place a banana on top of the layer and top with chocolate chips.
Add a layer of the remaining biscuit pieces on top.
