Easy Cranberry-Orange Muffins
These straightforward muffins with cranberries and orange combine the fruity sweetness of orange zest and juice with a pleasant tartness from the cranberries.
Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
5 muffin cups should be greased or lined with paper liners.
In a bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
Fill a measuring cup with vegetable oil.
Fill the cup with milk before adding the egg and stirring to combine.
Mixture of flour and oil should be poured into one another.
Orange zest and juice should be combined.
When the batter is barely combined, fold in the cranberries.
Fill each prepared muffin cup with batter so that it is about halfway full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the tops spring back when lightly touched.
For five minutes, let the tin cool.
Move to a wire rack to completely cool.
