Easy Roasted Peppers
Roasted peppers are so easy and can be used in so many recipes — try them in sandwiches, salads, or pasta dishes, or serve them on crusty baguette slices.

Set the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees C).

Peppers should be quartered.

Trim off and throw away the stems, seeds, and membranes.

Put the meat in a baking dish skin-side up.

Roast for 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the skin blisters and turns black.

Peppers should be taken out of the oven and placed in a bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap or a tea towel and set aside for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the skins are easily peeled away.
