Easy Skinless Fried Chicken Thighs
For a healthier take on Southern fried chicken, these skinless thighs are coated in seasoned flour and fried in corn oil.
Heat oil in a large deep skillet to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine flour salt pepper paprika and garlic powder in a large resealable plastic bag; mix well.
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
Add to flour mixture in the plastic bag; seal the bag and shake until thoroughly coated.
Fry chicken in hot oil turning occasionally until deep golden brown about 20 minutes.
Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
