“Eat Them Right Out of the Pot” Vegetarian Collard Greens
This vegetarian recipe for collard greens with garlic and jalapenos doesn’t call for bacon or ham.
Olive oil, vinegar, seafood seasoning, and half a cup of water in a big stockpot.
Bring a substance to a boil.
Garlic, collard greens, jalapeno peppers, and water should be boiling when you add them.
Cover the stockpot, lower the heat to medium-low, and simmer the greens for 3 to 4 hours, or until very tender.
Drain the greens’ water, then mash the garlic cloves with salt and pepper.
