Garlic Asparagus Soup
This refreshing asparagus soup flavored with garlic and green onions is quick and easy to prepare.
Over medium heat, warm up the olive oil in a saucepan.
Green onions and garlic should be cooked in a saucepan while being constantly stirred for about 3 minutes, or until the garlic is just beginning to turn golden.
For about 2 more minutes, cook and stir asparagus with garlic and green onions until slightly softened.
Bring to a boil after adding the vegetable broth.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
Turn off the heat and give it a moment to cool.
Blend the soup in the blender, only filling it halfway.
Place a lid on top.
Start the blender slowly and pulse it a few times to get the soup going before turning it on to puree.

Reheat the soup by transferring it back to the pan.
To taste, season with black pepper and sea salt.
