Homemade English Muffins
These homemade English muffins are the ideal addition to breakfast because they are made with bread flour for a chewy, traditional texture.
To begin, add flour to a sizable mixing bowl.
Salt and yeast should be sprinkled on opposite sides of the flour.
To make a soft dough, combine the milk, sugar, butter, and egg.
On a lightly dusted surface, turn the dough over and knead for 10 minutes, or until it is soft, smooth, and stretchy.
Put the dough in a sizable, oil-coated bowl.
Cover and leave to double in size, about an hour, in a warm location.
Cut the dough into 16 pieces after deflating it.
Into English muffin rings, press each.
Add semolina to both sides and leave to rest for an additional 30 minutes.
