The flavors of preserved lemons and olives are combined with a delectable blend of Moroccan spices in this chicken tagine.

In a big bowl, mix the saffron, ginger, garlic, paprika, and turmeric.

Add the chicken pieces and stir to evenly distribute the spices.

Overnight or for three to four hours, cover and chill.
