Instead of rum, these bite-sized sweet treats are made with coffee-flavored Kahlua, crushed chocolate cookies, and walnuts.
In a big bowl, mix walnuts, confectioners’ sugar, and crushed sandwich cookies.
Mix in the corn syrup and coffee liqueur.
If the mixture is too dry, add 1 teaspoon at a time more coffee liqueur.
In a small bowl, add cocoa powder.
Roll the formed cookie mixture balls in cocoa powder.
Transfer to an airtight container, then chill for 8 to 24 hours.
