The entire family will love this Mediterranean lamb meatloaf, which has flavors of mouthwatering mint, rosemary, tomato, and thyme.

Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).

Oil a 9×5-inch loaf pan very lightly.

Put milk and bread in a small bowl.

To absorb the milk, press the bread with a fork.

In a medium bowl, mix the lamb, egg, garlic, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, coriander, basil, salt, and pepper.

Add the soaked bread; discard the remaining milk.

With your hands, thoroughly combine.

Place the prepared pan with the meatloaf in it.

Spread the mixture of tomato sauce and mint over the meatloaf.

Add a balsamic vinegar drizzle.
