Lola’s Horchata
This horchata recipe is an easy way to make a refreshing Mexican drink with rice, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon that’s great served with spicy foods.

Rice and water should be added to a blender, and the mixture should be blended for about a minute.

For at least three hours, let the rice and water sit at room temperature.

In a pitcher, strain the rice water after discarding the rice.

Add cinnamon, milk, and sugar after stirring.
