Low-Carb Almond Shortbread Cookies
These low-carb, almond-flour and butter shortbread cookies are quick and easy to make–a perfect, crispy treat without the guilt of high carbs.
Salt and almond flour sweetener should be combined with a fork in a small bowl.
Mix ingredients with a fork while adding the butter, egg white, and vanilla extract.
Place it in the freezer for 15 minutes to help it harden.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 325°F (165 degrees C).
Use a silicone baking mat or parchment paper to line a baking sheet.
Frozen batter should be removed.
One teaspoon at a time, scoop out, form into balls, and set on the prepared baking sheet.
Roll dough balls flat on plastic wrap and place them on the bottom of a glass.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven, or until light golden brown.
