Great crab cakes with lots of flavor and spice. Serve with a crisp white wine!

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over high heat.

Green onions should only be briefly sautéed until they are soft.

Crabmeat, sautéed green onions, and egg mayonnaise should be combined.

inert mustard shattered crackers garlic powder and cayenne pepper Salt and pepper with Old Bay seasoning.

Make patties that are 1/2 inch thick.

Apply bread crumbs to the burger patties.
