It’s easy to make soft, chewy, buttery naan at home that tastes just like the kind you’d get at your favorite Indian restaurant.

In a big bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water.

For about 10 minutes, let stand until foamy.

In the interim, generously oil a big bowl.

Add salt, sugar, milk, and eggs to the yeast mixture.

To create a soft dough, add just enough flour.

For 6 to 8 minutes, lightly flour a surface and knead the dough until it is smooth.

Place the dough in the preheated oil, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for about an hour or until doubled in size.
