For perfectly cooked soft-boiled eggs with barely solidified yolks without sacrificing firm whites, use a sous vide.

Prepare a heat-proof container of water with a sous vide cooker.

Set temperature to 150 degrees F (66 degrees C).

Fill a bowl with enough ice water to cover eggs; set aside.

Fill a saucepan with water and bring to a boil.

Add eggs to boiling water and cook until whites are set exactly 5 minutes.

Transfer eggs to the ice bath to stop the cooking process at least 1 minute.

Place eggs into the sous vide water bath; set a timer for 40 minutes.

Serve immediately or refrigerate and reheat for a few minutes in the sous vide or a bowl of hot water.

Meanwhile whisk Greek yogurt Parmesan cheese egg Italian seasoning red pepper flakes garlic salt and onion powder together in a bowl.

Drain pasta and return to the pot.

Pour egg mixture over the pasta while still warm.

Cook and stir over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add bacon pieces and toss to coat.

Kugela is a delicious baked potato treat and the national dish of Lithuania. It includes eggs, onions, bacon, grated potatoes, and the slightly sweet flavor of evaporated milk. Put some sour cream on top before serving!

Set oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish very lightly.

Cook bacon pieces in a sizable skillet over medium heat until crisp; transfer to paper towels to drain.

Half of the bacon drippings should be set aside.

Once again on the stove, stir the onions as they cook until they are soft and translucent.

Stir together the potatoes, bacon, onion, and reserved drippings in a sizable bowl.

Add eggs, evaporated milk, and flour.

To taste, add salt and pepper to the food.

Pour into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for about an hour, or until the top is nicely browned.

If desired, slice into squares and serve with sour cream.

Fold in pecans coconut and raisins.

Pour mixture into pie shells.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until completely set in center.

If you can make boxed macaroni and cheese, you can make this one-pan mac and cheese from scratch! The bacon, chives, and crispy bread crumb topping add extra flavor and texture.

Macaroni, milk, water, garlic, and salt are all combined in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Stirring occasionally, bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking to the pan and cooking the noodles until they are soft.

After removing the pot from the heat, melt the margarine and stir in the pepper.

Melt the Cheddar and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese and then stir in.

Set the oven’s broiler to high and place a rack about 6 inches from the heat source.

Bacon bits and the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese go on top of the pasta.

This popular side dish with lots of colorful vegetables is similar to a traditional deli macaroni salad but less sweet. It goes well with grilled or barbecued food or even a simple hot dog.

Whisk 1 cup mayonnaise vinegar Dijon mustard salt black pepper and cayenne pepper together in a bowl until well blended; whisk in sugar.

Stir in celery red bell pepper carrot onions and jalapeno and poblano peppers.

Refrigerate until macaroni is ready to dress.

Bring a large pot of well salted water to a boil.

Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water stirring occasionally until cooked through 8 to 10 minutes.

Drain but do not rinse.

Allow macaroni to drain in a colander about 5 minutes shaking out moisture from time to time.

Pour macaroni into large bowl; toss to separate and cool to room temperature.

Macaroni should be sticky.

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil; add pasta and boil until al dente according to packaging instructions 8 to 10 minutes.

Drain well and rinse with cold water.

In a large mixing bowl combine pasta artichoke hearts mushrooms tomatoes olives parsley basil oregano garlic salt and pepper; toss well.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Before serving season the pasta dish with salt and pepper to taste.
