Pasta “Ro Malu Tempu”
This pasta dish from Sicily features a flavorful broccoli-based sauce along with bread crumbs, anchovies, raisins, pine nuts, and saffron.
Rinse raisins after 10 minutes in warm water; set aside.
Large pot of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil.
Rigatoni should be cooked in boiling water for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender but still firm to the bite.
