Pecan Pie Cheesecake
This decadent pecan pie cheesecake is the perfect combo featuring the best of each classic dessert: a smooth, creamy cheesecake with a crunchy pecan topping.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Cooking spray a 9-inch springform pan, line the bottom with a circle of parchment paper, and cover the outside with thick aluminum foil.
For the crust, mix together in a bowl the graham cracker crumbs, pecans, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Melted butter should be incorporated until the mixture resembles sand.
Using a measuring cup with a flat bottom or your fingers, press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pan.
