Red Pepper Soup with Feta Cheese
This scrumptious soup is made with chicken broth and roasted red peppers, and it comes together quickly.
Undrained peppers, chicken broth, garlic, oregano, and basil should be blended or processed in a food processor until smooth.
Put the liquid in a saucepan and warm it up slowly.
5 minutes of simmering.
Add cream gradually while heating.
Serve with feta cheese crumbles on top in soup bowls.
For garnish, top with more feta cheese and oregano.
