Rhubarb Cheesecake Dream Bars
A nice rhubarb dessert with a buttery crust, a rhubarb layer, a baked cream cheese layer, and a sour cream layer. It takes just one bowl (used 4 times), rhubarb, and some common pantry items to get this dessert on the table.

Set oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees C).

An 11×7-inch baking dish should be greased.

One cup of flour, one tablespoon of sugar, and one stick of softened butter should be thoroughly combined in a bowl before being pressed into the bottom of the baking dish.

For about 10 minutes, or until the crust begins to brown, bake the crust in the preheated oven.

Take the crust off.

lower the oven’s temperature to 350°F (175 degrees C).

Mix 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup flour thoroughly in the same bowl before adding the rhubarb and tossing to coat.

Over the baked crust, spread the rhubarb mixture.

Spread the creamy cream cheese mixture over the rhubarb using the same bowl that you used to combine the egg, 1/2 cup sugar, and cream cheese.
