Royal Icing with Meringue Powder
Simple to prepare and incredibly stable, royal icing made with meringue powder is ideal for decorating holiday cookies without having to worry about using raw egg whites.
Beat confectioners’ sugar water and meringue powder in a large bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form about 7 to 10 minutes.
