With the addition of flour and milk and the flavorings of shrimp, scallops, and crabmeat, a vibrant sauce made from red and green bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, parsley, onions, and garlic is created. savor this delectable sauce with hot linguini.

Large pot of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil.

Lentil pasta should be added and cooked for 6 to 8 minutes, or until al dente.

Drain.

Meanwhile, sauté the red onion and garlic in olive oil in a big skillet or electric frying pan.

Add the milk once the onion is translucent.

Cook until bubbles start to appear around the pan’s edges.

Stir in the parsley, green and red bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, shrimp, crab, and scallops after you’ve added them.

Remove 1/2 cup of the milk from the mixture and add it to the flour in a small bowl.

until smooth, stir.

Re-add to the skillet along with the seafood and veggies.

Let the mixture thicken.

Add pepper and salt to taste.
