Sheet Pan Zucchini Carrot Cake
This sheet pan-baked zucchini and carrot cake serves a large number of people. Fresh orange juice is poured over the cake right after baking to give it extra moisture.

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Butter should be used to grease a big rimmed baking sheet.

Salt, flour, coconut, and baking powder are combined in a bowl.

In a large bowl, combine the butter sugar and vanilla sugar.

Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture until it is very smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes.

One at a time, beat well after each addition of an egg.

Mix in the carrots and zucchini.

Till the batter is thoroughly combined, stir in the milk and flour mixture in turn.

Spread out onto the baking sheet you have prepared.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

After taking the cake out of the oven, immediately pour orange juice over it so that it can absorb the liquid.
