Shrimp Alfredo Broccoli Bake

Shrimp Alfredo Broccoli Bake
Shrimp, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce are layered over angel hair pasta in this quick and easy casserole version of the classic pasta dish.

Large pot of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil.

Cook angel hair in boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fork-tender but still firm.

Drain.

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Spray cooking oil in a 2-quart casserole dish.

Over medium heat, stir-fry shrimp in a skillet for 3 to 5 minutes, or until just starting to turn pink.

Broccoli should steam for about five minutes after being added to the skillet.

Get rid of the heat.

The prepared baking dish’s bottom should be covered with angel hair pasta.

Add broccoli and shrimp on top.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the Alfredo sauce before adding the shrimp and broccoli.

Bake for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the cheese is slightly browned.
