Skillet Lemon Chicken Breasts
This simple cast iron lemon chicken recipe only calls for chicken, lemon juice, and a little seasoning.
Cooking oil should be used to coat a sizable cast iron skillet.
Each chicken breast should be roughly 5 times forked before being placed in the hot skillet.
Each chicken breast should have 1 lemon quarter squeezed onto it, leaving some juice in each quarter.
Each breast should be seasoned with some cilantro, onion, salt, and pepper before cooking for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
Once more, flip the poke holes and continue seasoning.
Cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until the center is no longer pink and the juices are clear.
In the center, an instant-read thermometer should register at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees C)
